Refund policy

At Libas by Maha, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

You receive a damaged or defective item.
You receive the wrong product or incorrect size from what you ordered.
Your order is cancelled by Libas by Maha before shipment.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

Change of mind after purchase.
Incorrect size selected by the customer.
Minor variations in color due to lighting or screen settings.
Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Items without original tags or packaging.

3. Exchange Policy

If your product is eligible, we may offer an exchange instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

Your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method where applicable.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be transferred to your provided bank account or mobile wallet.

5. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), Libas by Maha will bear the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
